History of the document: v1 (2003), document proposed for the IV-th Vigier Symposium in September 2003 in Paris, not presented but published in the Noetic journal. The initial document had a subtitle: Inertial motions in vacuum.) ; v2 (2007) only published on my homepage. The authorization for a free publishing of my own work (initially) has been asked to the journal and obtained. This authorization allows me now to present this document publicly. It is the third version, written and matriculated (French matriculation, given by the B.N.F.) in 2013.

Comments - commentaires.

This work is the starting point of my research and of a long episode of my own life. Its very first version (v0) was writen in the French language and translated in the American language with the help of my beloved woman in 2003.

The document carries too many emotions with it to allow short comments. Please read it carefully and without passion. It is only a proposition made by a self-made man in physics. It may eventually be totally meaningless.

I have analyzed my proposition in 2008 in asking to myself if there was a link with the octonions?

La petite et la vraie histoire de ce document : Initialement composé en francais au cours de mes études (à la fin des années soixante dix), je l'ai traduit avec l'aide de ma femme au début de l'été 2003 après avoir lu chez mon père un article sur sciences et vie discutant des énergies du vide. J'ai envoyé une copie de la traduction américaine (le document visible ici) à l'adresse donnée dans l'article. J'ai, en retour été invité au IV ème Symposium Vigier de septembre 2003. Malheureusement, j'ai fait un a.v.c. en septembre 2003, peu de jours avant la tenue de ce congrès et je n'ai donc jamais pu m'y rendre. En revanche, les organisateurs de cette rencontre scientifique ont fait paraitre mon travail dans le Noetic Journal. Du point de vue purement scientifique, ce travail est l'objet fondateur de ma recherche sur la déformation des produits tensoriels et sur leurs décompositions : voir pour commencer : Fondations.
